Council decided to change the zoning on the residential lot next to Charlotte Bay Villas and Sunset Breeze Condos and across from Whisphering  Pines  with NO NOTICE to the residents nor any signs on the property. This was property owned by Fishermen's Village owner, Jon Larmore.

Now someone can build a business building or their parking lot right next to the property line. The property line is by the white fence in the picture and then it circles around to the back of the building (see view below).  This lot was zoned residential but has been used for overflow parking for Fishermen's Village and Ms Matthews MHM.

Someone can build right up to the yellow lines. Right to the lines that say 206.6, 20, 50, and 206.6.  Would you want a business that close to your home?
